Epeak is a free mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play. Designed for clubs and sports teams, Epeak helps your community come together for workouts, long runs, or races. After downloading the app, start by creating your first event and then invite community members to join your group.

To invite a member to join, simply share your club’s private code by tapping the ‘Invite’ button in the app.

No, a desktop version is currently in development and will be available soon.

Yes, you can have as many administrators as you need. Typically, Epeak administrators are board members, coaches, and active members of your club. You can add additional administrators beyond your subscription for $5 per month per administrator.

No, Epeak is covered by the club. Some of our clients choose to include the Epeak subscription fee by slightly increasing the membership license fee for their members.

The Epeak subscription is available on a monthly or annual basis.

We assist large communities with thousands of members in effectively communicating the rollout of Epeak:
- Importing your email list to automatically send invitations to your members.
- Providing a launch webinar/video for your members.
- Creating an invitation flyer with a QR code to display in locations frequented by your members.
